IT Channel/Partner Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with IT channel partners, resellers, and vendors to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to identify, engage, and onboard new IT channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, resellers, and vendors through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Align partner strategies with business goals by working closely with internal teams.
  • Provide training and support to partners on our products and services to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT Channel/Partner Manager or in a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and solutions is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
