We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and new business development, with a strong commercial instinct and ability to present to business owners and decision makers.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and engaging qualified suppliers across asset-heavy industries, running outbound campaigns to secure meetings, conducting supplier discovery sessions and presenting our model, managing partner onboarding and handoff to internal teams, and recording pipeline activity and performance using our CRM.
The successful candidate will bring 2+ years' experience in BDM, SaaS sales, channel partnerships or related B2B growth roles, a track record in outbound sales and new business development, confidence in presenting to business owners and decision makers, and a systems-based approach to selling with CRM and pipeline discipline.

Competitive base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Super + uncapped commissions
