Commercial Director Aggregator Partnerships

Our Integrated Performance Marketing team is seeking a commercially-minded leader to manage relationships with product and price comparison partners.

This role will involve overseeing operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous channel performance improvement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with aggregator and affiliate partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing operational, contractual, and performance obligations for each aggregator channel.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to drive profitability and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborating across teams, including Marketing, Product, Call Centre, Analytics, and Compliance.

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience with aggregators or similar B2C partnerships.
  • Proven success in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and performance optimisation.
  • Background in insurance, banking, or other regulated industries.

This role offers flexibility and can be based at any of our Brisbane offices.
