About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Partnership Development Manager to support our retail partners in Australia.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless implementation of our eCommerce operating platform, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.

You will work closely with our partner's teams, providing expert guidance and support to overcome operational challenges and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support multiple operational issues faced by retail partners, driving performance improvement through strong ownership and partnership.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilisation of our eCommerce platform, resulting in maximum business value for both parties.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of partner KPIs and performance, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including partners, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies that enhance partner satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements
  1. Logistics Operations Expertise: At least 10 years' experience in logistics operations, including supply chain, warehouse, and last-mile operations.
  2. Client-Facing Skills: Experience in supporting clients/partners, preferably within a technology solutions or operational environment.
  3. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
