
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

The role of Strategic Partnership Development Manager will involve leading the growth and success of a market-leading digital partnership within the retail sector. This position is responsible for strategically navigating every aspect of the partnership lifecycle, proactively collaborating with internal teams to spearhead high-level strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the partnership and enhancing revenue retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct budget management and revenue growth strategies for the partnership
- Lead contractual negotiations and annual partnership strategy with senior client trading and client leads
- Develop long-term partnership strategies aligned with business objectives and drive implementation
- Collaborate with internal departments to broaden the partnership's scope and integrate it with other client services
- Serve as a single point of contact for clients, acting as a conduit and working closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in media and/or marketing roles managing and developing partnership strategies built for growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with proven experience negotiating with ELT level and C-suite stakeholders internally and externally
- A proven track record and experience within a sales and revenue driving role, managing large-scale budgets and partnership revenue
- Demonstrate proven experience in operating and analyzing data and measurement platforms
- Experience with conflict management and resolution
