Job Title: Partnerships Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to secure new sponsorship agreements and manage existing ones with businesses in the building and construction industry.

The successful candidate will create tailored annual sponsorship packages for potential and existing sponsors, overseeing and managing all sponsorship and alliance activities to achieve set targets for growth, financial management, and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new sponsorship agreements with businesses within and supporting the building and construction industry.
  • Create tailored annual sponsorship packages for potential and existing sponsors.
  • Manage all sponsorship and alliance activities to achieve set targets for growth, financial management, and relationship development.
  • Collaborate with our Events Team to support the implementation and delivery of sponsorship deliverables, and hosting of industry events where required.
Qualifications:
  • A proven track record in securing and managing sponsorship agreements, commercial partnerships, and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic relationship management, building strong connections with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver clear outcomes.
  • Highly organised and motivated, able to excel in fast-paced environments, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver results.
