
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

Eastern Health's Partnerships department seeks an experienced professional to drive corporate partnerships growth.
The successful candidate will manage and develop the corporate partnerships portfolio, including existing and new business relationships. The role is responsible for creating and executing strategies to secure medium to high-level partnerships, delivering multi-layered and sustainable partnerships that meet client needs.
To excel in this position, you must have strong communication skills, be able to provide exceptional customer experiences, and possess emotional intelligence. A background in corporate partnership development, relationship account management, and experience in managing strategies and executing plans are essential.
You will also need to be skilled in presenting complex pitches at Executive level, both verbally and in writing. Your ability to identify targets, secure partnerships, and ensure clients gain maximum benefit from their relationship with Eastern Health will be key to your success.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can think creatively and strategically. If you have a proven track record of securing revenue from high-level partnerships and enjoy building strong relationships with clients, we encourage you to apply.
