As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager focusing on onboarding and adoption, you will lead data-driven email marketing strategies guiding new users through their journey and driving long-term engagement. You will create and optimize customer email strategies leveraging personalization and AI to help our customers master the product.

  • Lead personalized onboarding email sequences that drive user activation and long-term product adoption
  • Innovate and experiment on supporting users in adopting AI features in partnership with product and education teams
  • Partner with creative teams to create compelling content and visuals driving engagement and conversion
  • Bring best practices and execute marketing campaigns with stakeholder teams supporting user adoption of the product
  • Streamline and optimize email processes, including leveraging AI and automations
  • Analyze and share insights on campaign performance
About this role
  • 5+ years of digital lifecycle or email marketing experience, ideally with some experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on product adoption strategies
  • Strategic and data-driven with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact
  • Expert knowledge of email marketing tools (Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • End-to-end email marketing process expertise, with strong project management skills
  • Ability to leverage AI for personalization and optimization and curiosity to explore new technology
  • Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
