Job Description

As an Optimisation manager focusing on Customer Content and Surfaces, you own experimentation across key customer touchpoints that support their adoption and retention of Asana. You will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities from onboarding to renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop optimisation strategies for owned digital content, focusing on content that drive adoption and retention.
  • Create quarterly experimentation roadmaps for key customer surfaces.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities in the Customer Journey.
  • Define and align metrics with cross-functional partners for adoption and retention.
  • Identify and execute personalization opportunities on customer surfaces.
  • Use AI tools for advanced A/B testing analysis and insights.
  • Refine experimentation processes in Digital Marketing.
About You
  • 4+ years of Growth Marketing experience, ideally with some experience in adoption and / or customer retention.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Strong data-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices.
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
