About the Role- A Product Strategist focuses on continually improving our product range, responsible for managing all aspects of product development, pricing, promotions, and placement.
- They develop and lead their team to deliver targets on sales growth, profitability, and market share through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Product Strategist in a large retail organisation or FMCG environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer-focused product strategies aligned with the business strategy and supported by sound commercial insights and data.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Ability to become an industry expert in the field of responsibility within Australia.
