Strategic AI Adoption Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of strategic AI adoption initiatives and drive business value through effective customer engagement.

Success will be measured by customer activation, adoption, and satisfaction. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and measurable success.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through production deployments, increased adoption, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Define and manage structured, time-bound onboarding and deployment projects to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
  • Provide change management expertise to organizations undergoing AI adoption, maximizing the impact of OpenAI solutions.
  • Train, educate, and enable ChatGPT Enterprise users to drive adoption and value.
  • Own the technical deployment of ChatGPT, including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and other advanced capabilities.
  • Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for diverse audiences.
  • Codify best practices and playbooks based on interactions with customers.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, identifying themes to inform product planning.
  • Partner with the Sales team for seamless handoffs between pre- and post-sale and ongoing relationship management.

This role requires 6+ years of experience in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders, are essential.

A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and desire to continuously learn and grow are vital.

Strong problem-solving skills, adept at frequent context switching, effectively managing multiple projects with expansive ownership, and prioritization are necessary.

A solid track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences is required.

Lastly, we require you to be personally committed to fostering the safe and ethical evolution of AI.

Requirements
