Drive Business Outcomes with Adoption Strategy

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success and business impact for thousands of organizations worldwide. As an Adoption Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired people outcomes with our platform and realize value from our solution.

You will consult with customers to drive sophisticated platform adoption and advocacy, while mitigating risk with customers failing to derive business-level value from our product. Your expertise in scaling successful engagement models and high-impact 1:1 engagements will help us deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Running strategic sessions with larger customers to drive strong adoption and value realization
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide scaled outreach to customers and drive deeper platform adoption
  • Consulting with customers to explain complex ideas in simple terms and drive highly effective platform use cases

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or HR with SaaS experience preferred
  • A highly consultative approach with customers and ability to set clear expectations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas in a clear manner

Preferred skills and qualities include:

  • A strategic thinker able to connect product use cases to bigger business-level strategy
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups and building relationships quickly
  • Highly empathetic and decisive with the ability to problem solve in real-time
