Job Description:
Our organization seeks a seasoned Product Quality Strategist to oversee the development and implementation of robust product quality strategies. This role is responsible for driving adoption of best practices in quality management and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer-specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive product quality strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks across the product lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance through ongoing audits, assessments, and training programs.
Requirements:
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Lifesciences, or Biosciences.
- At least five years of experience in people management within Quality, with a proven record of leading teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in driving high performance and an agile culture.
- In-depth knowledge of Health Authority Organisations and TGA guidelines.
- Experience with product quality management systems, risk management, and industry standards in complementary medicine, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or food manufacturing.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave entitlements.
