Job Title: Digital Product Leader - Partnerships and Growth
Job Description:
- Lead the Partnerships & Growth product team, responsible for in app, set top box and telco billing for NOW and WOW.
- Lead, nurture, grow and stretch a passionate team of six product owners, product analysts and change managers.
- Own a pan-European roadmap for our in-app billing partners (Amazon, Apple, Roku, Google) and for our Partner Gateway, which we use for Telco and Set Top Box partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and drive a vision for Partnerships - for how we drive distribution, create world class customer journeys, and focus on the next growth opportunity.
- Collaborate to deliver. Work closely with our commercial teams in NOW and Sky to support new partner opportunities, support the contractual process, lead on delivery, and push forward an ambitious pipeline of new partners.
- Align with our client app product teams, so the commercial changes we make go hand in hand with the in-app ones they're leading.
- Develop strong relationships with our different markets. We're a proudly international team and we work with business, commercial and product teams from different markets with different challenges and different priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong experience and background within either Partnerships or Commercial Product.
- A passion for media and technology - it's at the core of everything we do and are as a team.
- The drive to get things done and make a difference, and the calmness to ensure we keep focused on the bigger picture when things are challenging.
- Good balance of creativity and commercial skills, with great communication skills and an ability to prioritise on the go.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience leading a Product Team or a Commercial Partnerships team.
- Experience managing contracts / budgets.
- Competency / fluency in other European languages, especially German and / or Italian.
