The Role We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead the Telstra account.
This is a senior client-facing role with responsibility for building trusted relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering growth.
You will partner with senior stakeholders at Telstra to align business priorities with innovative solutions, ensuring long-term success for both organisations.
Key Responsibilities Own and grow the Telstra account, driving revenue growth across software, services, and strategic programs.
Position the AI-powered network configuration and optimisation platform as a core enabler of Telstra's transformation.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships, influencing at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with global solutions and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategy in Australia and beyond.
What You'll Bring Proven success leading large enterprise accounts in the telecoms sector (Telstra experience highly desirable).
Deep understanding of telco network operations, OSS / BSS, or AI-driven automation solutions.
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close at executive levels.
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships.
