This leadership role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in partnership management, team development, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team that supports delivery and commercial teams with domain expertise\
  • Align Sky's product plans with content partner ambitions through proactive collaboration and communication\
  • Own all product requirements for and from partners, working closely with commercial teams to ensure seamless integration\
  • Proactively work with partners on future product strategies and roadmaps, driving growth and innovation\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization\
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis\\/ul\

About You:

  • \
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leadership roles within partnership management, with a proven track record of success\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences\
  • Collaborative working style, with the ability to build strong relationships with various levels of an organization\
  • Strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and strategies\\/ul\
