The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Account Director to lead the Telstra account. This is a senior client-facing role with responsibility for building trusted relationships, shaping strategy, and delivering growth. You will partner with senior stakeholders at Telstra to align business priorities with innovative solutions, ensuring long-term success for both organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow the Telstra account, driving revenue growth across software, services, and strategic programs.
  • Position the AI-powered network configuration and optimisation platform as a core enabler of Telstra's transformation.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, influencing at C-suite and senior leadership levels.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with global solutions and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategy in Australia and beyond.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven success leading large enterprise accounts in the telecoms sector (Telstra experience highly desirable).
  • Deep understanding of telco network operations, OSS / BSS, or AI-driven automation solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close at executive levels.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term partnerships.
