A leading Australian distributor of high-quality frozen seafood is seeking a driven and ambitious professional to join their team as a Seafood Sales Growth Specialist in New South Wales.
Job Description:- Main Responsibilities:
- • Drive business growth by expanding sales with allocated Distributor accounts, focusing on frozen seafood sales.
- • Leverage existing Distributor relationships and relationship skills to create new opportunities.
- • Collaborate with the State Manager to implement strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
- • Maintain an organized customer records system with updated details on key personnel, activity, and product opportunities.
- • Occasional travel to regional areas to build deeper connections and explore new markets.
- Requirements:
- • Previous experience in seafood trading.
- • Exceptional communication skills.
- • Outgoing, ambitious, and driven personality.
- • Previous foodservice experience.
- Salary and Benefits:
- • A highly competitive salary package of $120,000 + performance-based bonus + $20,000 car allowance + super.
