
Business Partnership Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will lead our strategic partnership strategy in Australia, working with diverse partners to amplify our voice, deliver key health messaging, and build brand credibility.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing an existing partnership portfolio, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and reach, and contributing to the overall revenue target. They will work collaboratively with other areas of the business, including the partnerships team locally and globally, marketing, and fundraising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading our strategic partnership strategy in Australia
- Managing an existing partnership portfolio
- Identifying opportunities to drive revenue and reach
- Contributing to the overall revenue target
- Working collaboratively with other areas of the business
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience working in the partnership space, delivering high-quality partnerships
- Previous experience of line/team management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently, and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter/high level of internal motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth environment
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in research techniques, database management
- Proficient in building compelling proposals
- Demonstrated experience in building mutually beneficial strategic plans
