Business Partnership Manager

This role offers the chance to create engaging experiences for brands and fans, drive commercial value, and shape key partner relationships with a dynamic corporate team.

As Business Partnership Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Account Manager to manage and develop partner connections. From daily sponsorship delivery and media activations, to joint marketing campaigns and unforgettable game-day experiences, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring partners achieve their goals.

You'll collaborate with various teams including Digital, Sales, Guest Experience, and Stadium Operations to deliver partner initiatives and activations. Additionally, you will support the delivery of major commercial partners with ticketing, hospitality, player appearances, merchandise funds, and more.

After-hours and weekend hosting duties may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on key partnership agreements while proactively driving business outcomes and fresh ideas.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, ensuring they get the best from their partnerships.
  • Lead the planning and execution of partner activities, from concept through to flawless delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to unlock strategic leverage and integration opportunities.
  • Create compelling partner presentations and reports that showcase success and spark future initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or sponsorship management.
  • A strong understanding of commercial initiatives and developing reports.
  • Competence in computer programs and budget management.
  • A team-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of the sporting industry.
  • Relevant tertiary degree or diploma.
