Business Partnerships Role

We are seeking a Business Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and solutions to leaders and teams.

This role involves managing and supporting organisational change, job design, performance and people management processes. You will also be responsible for managing and advising on employee and industrial relations matters at an operational level.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. You will also need strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You will be proactive and collaborative, taking initiative and working well with others to solve problems and achieve organisational outcomes.

About You
  • You have at least 5 years' experience in business partnering, including significant experience in navigating complex ER/IR landscapes.
  • You have experience coaching managers and case management.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments and are solutions focused.
