About the Role
This strategic leadership position oversees People Experience (PX) partnering efforts, fostering a positive employee experience and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR, business partnership, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to senior leaders and teams, developing and implementing global people strategies.
- Collaborate with other GMs of PX Partnering to drive alignment and deliver impactful programs.
- Work closely with teams across locations to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify skills and development opportunities within your team, demonstrating our PX Capability Framework.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, and more.
- Support complex ER issues and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Use data to analyze trends and develop solutions.
- Work with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities and drive workforce planning.
- Build a positive culture and environment aligned with our values.
Requirements

- Experience
