We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance and HR Administrator to join our team at The HR Room. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management, including finance and payroll tasks. Key responsibilities include invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, debt management, preparing and updating reports, processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

This role also involves coordinating leave processes, maintaining risk management practices, and overseeing administrative commitments. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to senior management and others as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar finance and payroll administration position
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices
  • Previous experience in a corporate environment
  • High level computer skills (MS Office suite & accounting software)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level customer service skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong work ethic and initiative
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
