About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to join our team at Entrée Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and bookkeeping support for day-to-day finance management and project support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing financial project support
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Supporting with finance software migration
  • Supporting with preparations of BAS, financial reporting and reconciliations for multiple entities
  • Assisting with social media management
  • Covering administration team leave requirements taking on higher duties at times

As a successful candidate, you will have recent success in a finance officer or similar role, a strong understanding of double entry accounting, and proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, MYOB or Xero beneficial.
