Senior HR Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Administrator to join our team at Liebherr-Australia Pty. Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, employment contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate the maintenance of accurate employee records, including employment, training, and payroll-related data.
- Supervise and mentor HR Officers and administrative staff in recruitment, analysis, and prioritization of open requests.
- Manage and monitor the use of the My Success HRIS system, coaching HR Officers and administrative staff in implementing the My Success HR IT Roadmap initiatives.
- Support the implementation and administration of the National Apprentice Program.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR Operational and Administrative plans and initiatives.
Requirements
- A Diploma or bachelor's in business or HR or 5+ HR Administration experience.
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive change.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects.
- Standard Driver's License.
