Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum
This salary estimate is based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role. Job Description
As a Strategic HR Partner for Business Excellence, you will play a vital role in supporting our office management/leadership teams and the broader human resources team in driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with office management/leadership teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes;
  • Providing HR coaching and guidance to business and technical managers and supervisors to ensure effective talent management and employee relations;
  • SUPPORTING regional Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect;
  • Participating in or leading regional or global HR initiatives to drive organizational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HR regulations, practices, and labour market;
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion;
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships of trust with individuals at all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally while possessing high attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work;
  • High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of SuccessFactors an asset.
