The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Partners and fee earners, and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Preparation of legal documents
  • Dictation
  • Hard copy and e-filing
  • Searches – Company and Title
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Email management
  • Billing and expense management
  • Maintain client and matter records and databases
  • Event management
  • Ad hoc administrative duties including printing, scanning and photocopying
  • Draft and documentation management of pitches and capability statements for partners, working closely with our Business Development team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience within a legal support role
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Effective communicator and excellent organisational abilities
  • Driven and self-motivated, constantly striving for excellence
  • Proficient problem solver, adept at identifying and resolving challenges
  • Commitment to providing a high level of legal and administrative support to the team
  • High attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Collaborative, and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Australian Citizen or permanent resident
