This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful ASX listed energy business with a firm commitment to sustainability and the communities in which it operates. Having enjoyed sustained growth in recent times and with further plans for expansion, the business is seeking a high calibre senior OD professional to develop and implement contemporary people development frameworks and processes which drive organisational capability & culture and align to the organisational strategy and purpose.

Reporting to an impressive Chief People Officer and leading a small team, you will be responsible for leading the organisational thinking, development, and implementation of a range of organisational development frameworks and programs focusing on building the culture and capability of the organisation to meet current and future strategic requirements. As a senior member of the People & Culture team, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders and develop strategies on all matters relating to organisational effectiveness, including leadership, talent, culture, diversity & inclusion, learning and development and engagement.

This is an exciting, commercially focused role which will allow you to have genuine business impact. To be considered you will need to bring:

- Depth in all areas of OD coupled with expertise in talent, leadership, learning, culture change and engagement.
- High levels of commercial acumen with the ability to consult with executive level stakeholders.
- The ability to drive organisational capability at an enterprise level from strategy through to delivery.
- Track record leading and developing team members.
- Experience within an ASX listed business would be beneficial but not essential.
- Recognised tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or Psychology.
