Job Opportunity

The Organisational Development Chapter Area is a key component of our organisation, responsible for enhancing organisational effectiveness and culture through people experiences, processes and systems. As an OD Lead in this area, you will be instrumental in designing and developing, implementing and enhancing people experiences, processes and systems.

On any given day, your responsibilities may include:

  • Designing and delivering skills-based career frameworks and tools to support the organisation's growth.
  • Championing initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, career mobility and inclusive growth opportunities.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to align career architecture with business priorities, ensuring frameworks are adaptable and future-focused.
  • Collaborating with HR Tech and Learning teams to support the delivery of skills-led technology roadmaps.
  • Utilising data to measure adoption, impact and improvement opportunities.
  • Co-designing immersive experiences that bring skills-led concepts to life.
  • Influencing strategic workforce planning through skills visibility and capability mapping.
  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging practices to keep the skills-led approach innovative and market-relevant.

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in organisational development, capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and/or career enablement. You should be adept at using systems thinking, human-centred design and other problem-solving methodologies. Additionally, you will need to leverage your critical thinking and data analysis skills to identify recommendations and drive positive change.
