Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Organisational Development (OD) professional to lead our capability and culture agenda.

This is a hands-on role where you will partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and Subject Matter Experts to identify capability gaps, design and deliver impactful OD interventions, and embed frameworks that support leadership and functional excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver OD programmes that enhance team effectiveness, enable change, and build organisational agility.
  • Build and embed capability frameworks that support career progression, succession planning and performance development.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to assess capability gaps and co-create learning solutions.
  • Design and deliver impactful leadership development programmes across frontline and senior leadership levels.
  • Leverage tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to improve learning accessibility, tracking and evaluation.
  • Apply evaluation frameworks to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6–10+ years' experience in OD, Learning and Development (L&D), or capability roles within complex organisations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise capability frameworks and learning programmes.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on complex capability or change initiatives, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to apply systems thinking to connect capability, leadership, culture and performance.
  • Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, coach leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident working with data and evaluation methodologies to assess impact.
