Job Overview

We are seeking a Settlement Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth settlement of GM and ALMT transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To monitor and settle various types of instruments in a timely manner, including FX, money market trades, securities, and treasury transactions.
  • To manage the local confirmation process and verify information.
  • To work closely with ALMT to ensure efficient liquidity management.
  • To coordinate amongst various ops teams and report AUD forecast position to ALMT at agreed times.
  • To review breaks and take necessary actions in a timely manner.
  • To compile statistics of the area for regulatory and other reporting.
