At ArchiPro, we're revolutionizing the building industry with our innovative platform. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Director to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of supplier clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our supplier network.
As a Client Director, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted across ArchiPro's channels. You'll also be responsible for developing tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships.
- Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with ArchiPro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
