Business Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Director to join our team at Starcom, a leading media agency. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for driving business partnerships with clients, leading client servicing teams, and delivering business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Client Partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, including Marketing Directors and Senior Brand Managers.
- Support the development and delivery of client business plans, driving TRR scores and KPIs.
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Product Leader
- Lead the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with Starcom's Ways of Working.
- Capability and Culture Leader
- Develop and deliver Performance Development reviews, including development plans for direct reports.
- Support the creation of an environment that inspires, challenges, and develops highly engaged teams.
- Role model leadership behaviors aligned to Starcom's culture and beliefs.
- Continuously develop and elevate the capability of teams, driving cultural metrics.
- Financial
- Deliver client contractual commitments across all relevant channels.
- Accurately forecast and deliver against agreed processes.
- Brand Ambassador
- Champion the Starcom brand across clients, media partners, trade press, and wider Publicis Groupe agencies.
- Embed the Starcom brand story with all team members, role-modeling expected behaviors and beliefs.
- 10+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles.
- Extensive digital media experience in a media agency environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a client lead to deliver solutions in line with omni-channel strategy.
- Proven ability to exceed client and campaign objectives.
- Experience managing a multi-discipline media team.
- Understanding of display/social/mobile/video and search platforms.
- Able to provide solutions and think outside the box.
- A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.
- A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organization skills with a love for being one step ahead.
- A curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.
