Key Responsibilities- Lead client marketing and business development efforts for several financial institutions, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage annual account plans and marketing calendars for each client, securing partnership incentives and identifying opportunities for marketing services sales.
- Lead the sales process, including developing marketing services proposals, presenting to clients, and closing sales.
- Deliver and exceed annual marketing services revenue targets for each client, developing communications strategies and integrated marketing campaign plans for client marketing projects.
- Manage financial processes and budget accuracy for client accounts, keeping the marketing services pipeline updated and accurate.
- Partner with the Director, Marketing BPO to ensure operating expenses and revenue associated with client marketing projects meet monthly and quarterly forecasts and market P&L outlooks.
- Build and foster trusted advisor relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, developing and managing structured engagement plans to ensure connections between Visa and clients are meaningful.
- Identify thought leadership topics relevant to each client, overseeing team member project management of marketing programs and problem-solving to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
- Ensure effective collaboration with agency partners to develop and execute high-quality communications and campaigns, monitoring results and delivering optimization recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Lead post-implementation reporting for each client project, reporting on performance, learnings, and actions.
- Foster and develop a high-performing team with high-quality development plans, coaching, and feedback.

Requirements- 15 years of marketing experience within a marketing team or agency.
- Formal qualifications in marketing are mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of banking and financial services product marketing, payments, and portfolio marketing experience is ideal.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Client-focused mindset.
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
