About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Director to join our dynamic team at ArchiPro. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of 80-100 supplier clients, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Strong Supplier Relationships
    • Act as the main point of contact and liaison between ArchiPro and our suppliers.
    • Conduct regular reviews with suppliers to assess their performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Drive Supplier Growth and Engagement
    • Develop tailored strategies for each supplier to enhance their presence and engagement on our platform, including marketing initiatives, content creation, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure supplier offerings are effectively integrated and promoted across ArchiPro's channels.
  • Monitor and Analyze Supplier Performance
    • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Identify and Onboard New Suppliers
    • Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and strengthen our portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive and competitive offering to our users.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring alignment with ArchiPro's strategic objectives and financial targets.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and positioning.
