Senior Director, Client Marketing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Client Marketing to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading client marketing efforts for several financial institutions, driving business growth, and delivering best-in-class consumer, B2B, client, and merchant marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Annual Account Planning: Lead the planning of annual account plans and marketing calendars for each client, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Value-Added Services: Identify opportunities for marketing services sales and lead the sales process, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Revenue Delivery: Deliver and exceed annual marketing services revenue targets for each client.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans to ensure team members excel in their roles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners to develop and execute high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Results Monitoring: Monitor campaign results, deliver optimization recommendations, and lead post-implementation reporting to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- 15 years of marketing experience within a marketing team or agency.
- Formal qualifications in marketing are mandatory.
- Demonstrated understanding of banking and financial services product marketing, payments, and portfolio marketing experience is ideal.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Client-focused mindset with strong partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Bias for action, with the ability to mobilize yourself and others to execute on opportunities quickly.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- People leadership experience.
