We are seeking an experienced Business Director to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Partner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, including Marketing Directors and Senior Brand Managers.
- Work closely with the Client Services Director to deliver business plans and drive TRR scores.
- Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Lead the development of key briefs, ensuring seamless campaign execution and alignment with our Starcom Ways of Working.
- Capability and Culture Leader
- Own the delivery of Performance Development reviews, including development plans for direct reports.
- Proactively identify and manage performance issues, working closely with People and Culture.
- Support the Client Services Director in creating an environment that inspires, challenges, and develops highly engaged teams.
- Role model leadership behaviors aligned to our culture and beliefs.
- Continuously develop and elevate the capability of our teams, driving cultural metrics and delivering client contractual commitments.
- Brand Ambassador
- Champion the Starcom brand across clients, media partners, trade press, and wider Publicis Groupe agencies.
- Embed our brand story with all team members, role-modeling expected behaviors and beliefs.
- 10+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles.
- Extensive digital media experience in a media agency environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a client lead to deliver solutions in line with omni-channel strategy.
- Proven ability to exceed client and campaign objectives.
- Experience managing a multi-discipline media team.
- Working with media owners and technology partners.
- Understanding of display/social/mobile/video and search platforms.
- Able to provide solutions and think outside the box.
- A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.
- A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong organization skills with a love for being one step ahead.
- A curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.
