We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador.

The Role:

This part-time position involves fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at our Front Desk, responding to guest inquiries with knowledgeable local advice and recommendations, and managing efficient check-ins and check-outs.

You will be responsible for resolving any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to the appropriate management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk reception or customer service in an accommodation setting
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
