
Agreement Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Agreement Solutions Specialist to support our Commercial sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand complex customer business problems and translate them into solutions leveraging our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead on accounts in partnership with Sales across the Commercial segment, providing strategic technical insights to influence overall customer strategy and execution approach.
- Maintain strong business partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product and other key stakeholders to maximize impact across customer engagements.
- Conduct deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholder groups across multifaceted customer industry landscapes, mapping customer challenges and opportunities through value messaging assets.
- Inform Sales account planning with strategic technical insights, establishing confidence in recommendations via product expertise, custom product demonstrations, and influential communicative techniques.
- Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions that partner with sales to deliver on revenue plan and retention goals, exhibiting proficiency of the core IAM platform and championing Docusign as the most trusted, secure and effective partner for each customer's Agreement processes.
- 2+ years of prior experience within a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions and concepts, with a BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience.
- Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organisation, especially C-suite, with demonstrated success selling to customers across regulated industries such as Public Sector, Financial Services, and Healthcare.
- Familiarity with enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and ECM systems, including SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and Salesforce, with experience articulating the value of AI in context of technology solutions.
