  • $30.63 per hour + superannuation + penalty rates


Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing motor claims from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring our members have a positive experience during their time of need.



About the Role:

  • Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, rostered over a 7-day working week
  • Rotational rosters between 7am-7:15pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 5:15pm Saturday and Sunday
  • Onsite attendance at RACQ's Eight Mile Plains office required, with flexible work arrangements available after 3-6 months


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lodge and manage motor claims from start to finish
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or claims environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
