
Transformative Customer Success Professional

In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving business growth. As an account representative, you will lead all aspects of the customer account with respect to Cisco Premium Services/Advanced Services and execute customer-facing activities in a quality, timely, and accurate manner.
- You will handle service pricing and margins according to agreed-upon terms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop sales strategies and prioritize customer/prospect contact to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and lead account plans using relevant data.
Key qualifications include:
- 5-10 years of sales experience in Telco/Service Providers with a proven track record in direct and channel sales.
- Subject matter expertise on Technology & Cross-Architecture solutions/Services and business development mentality.
- Proficient in selling solutions to large customers with a deep understanding of Telco buying cycles.
