We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct workshops with industry leaders to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners to foster collaboration and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating AI into workflows and decision-making processes.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including OSS/BSS systems and customer experience challenges.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, supporting Tier-1 or Tier-2 telco accounts.
