About the Role

Our organisation is seeking an accomplished Director of Customer Success Management to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer outcomes for clients in Financial Services industries across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will oversee a team, forecast growth, excellence, and High Performing Culture.
  • They will execute strategies for customer plan renewals and growth across the assigned portfolio.
  • The individual will engage with top prospects by providing direct customer-facing presales support, formulating strategies to accelerate deal close, and actively engaging in account strategy.
  • They will foster relationships with covered customers and internally to drive value from Signature investment.
  • The team will successfully deliver the obligations and entitlements of the offer, proactively identifying and remedying high-risk customers, and addressing complex customer blocking issues.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record in leadership roles with direct experience in customer success and team management.
  • Proven success in establishing a clear vision and driving change within a customer-facing organisation.
  • Couple with a customer-centric mindset and strong critical thinking, exhibiting the ability to use data and insights to identify trends and risks, and inform strategies, tactics, and execution.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to bridge between various teams and levels, and negotiation skills both with customers and internally.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial Services industry experience.
  • Experience in building executive relationships and driving/influencing change with complex Enterprises.
  • Track record of delivering against targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce's product offerings, services, and the larger industry landscape.
