Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff materials and equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Oversee project teams, guaranteeing tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure team members understand project scope, objectives, and expectations.
  • Organize site inductions and safety protocols.
  • Promote a culture of quality, OH&S management systems, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Painter or Project Manager, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience managing sites and stakeholder relationships is highly valued.
  • A trade qualification in Painting and Decorating is desired but not required.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to pass a police clearance and medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
  • Any additional trade qualifications or industry certifications would be advantageous.
