As a Senior Construction Site Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of Western Sydney.

RCC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Construction Site Coordinator to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key milestones in partnership with our delivery partners.

The Role
  • Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Monitor progress and track construction schedules, promptly addressing any deviations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and trades, facilitating smooth communication and task execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and industry standards.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, particularly in large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
