About IAG

IAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, underwriting over AUD13 billion of premium per annum. We're a tech and research facility, a hub for climate change experts, and a centre of resilience design.

Our brands include CGU, WFI, NRMA Insurance, AMI, NZI, and State Insurance. Together, they turn our purpose of making your world safer into action by helping, supporting ambitions, and making insurance accessible.

We're a large purpose-led, Trans-Tasman group dedicated to making your world a safer place.

Your Role

This permanent opportunity is based in Sydney. As a Manager, People Connect, you'll lead the People Connect HR Advisory function for IAG. Our team provides Tier 1 advice and support for IAG's managers and employees on HR-related queries and processes.

You'll use your skills to draw insights from various case activity and reporting to identify and embed continuous improvements across People Services. This includes enhancing Tier 0 initiatives and designing and delivering process simplification to drive greater service outcomes.

A key to your success will be your ability to manage and lead change, both within and external to People Services, while proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure the needs of the customer are met.

You'll have significant experience managing HR-related matters, a process mindset, and the ability to demonstrate implementation and complex change into an existing operating model.

It would be highly regarded if you've worked in a large complex organisation in a service delivery role and can deliver benefits in a tiered service delivery model through expert stakeholder management.
