The Role

We seek a Property Manager to develop and implement a 3-5 year property strategy, aligning our workspace with business objectives. This role will ensure our facilities meet the needs of our organisation and its various business units across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and update property strategy documents to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with external partners to acquire or lease new properties, negotiating terms and conditions
  • Forecast, manage, and monitor seating capacity and site usage to meet operational requirements
  • Embed Workplace Health and Safety considerations and regulatory requirements within the Property & Facilities Team
  • Advocate for A&G's ESG strategy and carbon footprint reduction targets by 2030
  • Report performance indicators to the senior leadership team monthly
  • Conduct research and gather information for property valuations
  • Negotiate with stakeholders for new leases or building developments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Recommend and develop strategies to achieve property strategy and business objectives
  • Perform annual SWOT analysis on the property portfolio and submit recommendations
  • Update stakeholders during lease or property development phases
  • Provide input to annual Capex budgets
  • Assist the Facilities Team with operational activities as needed
