About Auto & General

We are a leading Australian insurer with a growing presence in the market. As one of our Property Portfolio Managers, you will play a crucial role in shaping our property strategy and ensuring our workspace meets the needs of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor and update property strategies that align with our business goals
  • Negotiate with external partners for new or existing property purchases and leases
  • Forecast, manage and monitor seating capacity and site usage to meet operational requirements
  • Evaluate and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining a high level of workplace health and safety standards
  • Report on performance indicators and provide insights to senior leadership

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and outcomes. Your strong analytical skills and ability to drive outcomes will be highly valued.
