The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Manager for Distributor Partners to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability across our distributor partner network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability across our distributor partner network
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and other partners
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and account management, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • A strong understanding of the energy drink market and trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
