Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an FMCG rising star with key account management experience to work alongside a high-performing team and take our partnership with VIC wholesale partners to the next level. As National Account Manager, Distributor Partners, you will develop annual business plans, drive Red Bull initiatives, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of Distribution Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Meetings and Strategies: Explain and implement Red Bull business strategies and initiatives to distributors, ensuring they fully understand and execute RB merchandising standards.
  • Establish Communication Schedule: Set regular meetings to discuss upcoming and ongoing Key Account Programs with distributors.
  • Develop Annual Business Plans: Collaborate with distributors to create comprehensive business plans addressing organization requirements, distribution, volume, execution, investments, and other KPIs.
  • Business Intelligence and Analysis: Develop knowledge of key account systems, proactively use Out-of-Stock analysis to ensure proper merchandising, and hold distributors accountable for data submission into RB systems.
  • Distributor Structure and Accountability Expertise: Possess thorough working knowledge of distributors' internal systems and structure, as well as routing procedures, to suggest better routes to market and/or manpower needs based on distribution and account frequency.

Requirements

  • Outstanding Sales Experience: Proven track record in Consumer Goods industry with 5+ years Wholesale or Distributor management experience preferred.
  • Strategic Thinker with Business Acumen: Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic administrative programs, Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
